iREACH staff have, from the beginning, maintained an ongoing documentation of the actions, problems, and achievements of SPEAK. At present this takes the form of a regular diary taken by key project and pilot staff. These are consolidated periodically into an internal assessment, the first of which was completed in June 2007.

Certain aspects of the OM/SPEAK system may also be integrated with this.
